Link obtained its first patent for a spring tester in 1939 and continues today to design and provide high quality, laboratory-grade spring and resilient material testers to customers worldwide.
Along with manufacturing standard spring testers, Link has worked closely with customers to provide custom testers for specific applications. Link testers have been used to test foam rubber, rubber engine mounts, door seals, gas shocks for stamping presses, spring forms and wire forms as well as coil, leaf, wave, arcuate, Belleville and washer type springs.
The spring testers utilize Link’s Model 3700 Display for data display and as a control module for its line of motorized testers. The Display can also be connected to a computer to utilize the WIN3700 Software for load curve generation and data capture.
